Attorney Andrzej Wesołek

Since 2007 – a Member of the Pomeranian Chamber of Advocates.

He specializes in civil, criminal, business, construction and transport law (CMR) and public procurement law.
He has extensive experience in representing domestic and foreign business entities before Common Courts as well as before the National Board of Appeal in Warsaw.
He acts as a representative in civil and family cases and as a defense lawyer in criminal cases and criminal tax cases.
He represents clients in disputes with banks – among other things, in the scope of foreign currency loans.
He represents natural persons and business entities in the bankruptcy and restructuring processes.
He represents contractors in the process of awarding public contracts. He provides ongoing legal services to companies and provides services to natural persons as well.
He prepares legal opinions and commercial contracts.
He has professional experience as a judge assistant and the specialization in Pedagogy.
He participated in trainings on public administration at Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung Kehl in Germany.
He participated in the "New Approach to Public Procurement – Training and Consulting", implemented as part of the project of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and in the trainings in the field of public procurement law after the amendment to the EU directive, in the training "European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) as the Actual Self-Declaration by a Contractor."
He speaks English, German and Russian.
In his free time, he is an avid history and football enthusiast.
